Built in Central Ohio

I grew up in Central Ohio and still work from Lewis Center, next to the Olentangy and Columbus area. Engineering studies started at Delaware Area Career Center in high school, then a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University. CAD and programming came along the way. Websites and mobile apps I taught myself.

I started VWS Digital — Vucelich Web Solutions — to build digital products people actually want to use every day. Early projects for friends and family grew into work for local businesses, then a business of its own.

The one-developer model

I write the websites, host them, ship native iOS and Android apps, and personally handle calls, texts, email, launch, and support. No outsourcing. No account-manager layer. The person who writes the code answers the phone.

Sites are hand-coded HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Custom work, certificates, uptime monitoring, backups, and ongoing edits. No WordPress themes, Wix, Squarespace, templates, or page builders.

On Apple I build native with Swift and SwiftUI — widgets, Watch companions, iCloud sync, StoreKit, subscriptions, reminders. On Android, native Kotlin and Jetpack. Payments, local-first data, and privacy-focused defaults: no advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking unless a product actually needs them.
